What we usually find
- Instructions to install a wallet and sometimes to share the recovery phrase.
- Support that exists only on Telegram or WhatsApp.
- Extra deposits demanded before any withdrawal is allowed.
- Projects promising a fixed daily return.
Documents needed
- The transaction hashes.
- The destination wallet address.
- Proof of the crypto purchase on the original exchange.

What can be done with them
We follow the transfers on the blockchain to the point where the funds enter an identifiable platform. When the trail is lost, we say so.
